At the core of the product suite is Miura Ingest, a complete client / server linear video ingest tool which provides the highest quality real time ingest.
Miura Ingest – the linear content ingester is a complete client / server based video and audio ingester which offers the highest standard in linear-to-file based content acquisition for both SD and HD source material. Complementing Miura Ingest is Miura Tape Logger which is a tape logging tool which allows users to log tape content and create an ingest manifest (rather like an EDL) using the same, simple user interface as the Ingester. Ingest manifests may then be passed to Miura Ingest for batch, unattended digitization.
Following ingest, or in cases where content is stored in the file domain, Miura File Logger, Miura Edit and Miura transcode allow for simplified operations for file based workflow. Logging material against time-code and annotating with metadata, simple editing / rendering as well as file-to-file transcode are catered for.
